Are children free?+
At most partner hotels, children under 6 or 12 sleeping in their parents' bed stay free. Exact conditions (age, breakfast included or not) are shown on each hotel's page.
How to choose between hotel and residence for a family weekend?+
The hotel suits a short stay (1-3 nights) with breakfast and service. The residence (apart-hotel, mas, gîte) becomes worthwhile from 4 nights or with more than 2 children, thanks to the fitted kitchen.
Can we cancel free of charge if a child gets sick?+
Yes, as long as you choose a 'free cancellation' rate. The deadline is always shown before validation. As a family, this is the minimum safety to prioritise — the price difference with non-refundable is often 10 to 20%.
