Listing & ranking of offers
In accordance with articles L.111-7 and D.111-7 of the French Consumer Code, Resapass provides fair, clear and transparent information about how offers are listed, ranked and delisted on the platform.
Ranking criteria
The goal of the Resapass platform is to return search results that are as relevant as possible. We use dynamic algorithms that combine several signals to produce the final order:
- Match between the offer and your search criteria (destination, dates, guests, filters).
- Price competitiveness compared to other offers for the same stay.
- Traveller ratings and review counts.
- Hotel category, amenities and location score.
- Cancellation policy and payment flexibility.
- Availability at the time of the search.
Paid ranking
Resapass does not allow hotels to buy a better ranking. No sponsored or paid position influences the default order of results.
Sorting options
Travellers can override the default ranking at any time and sort results by price, rating, distance or hotel category.
Source of offers
Offers are supplied by our accommodation partners, including Ratehawk which aggregates rates from several wholesalers. Resapass negotiates its own margin and displays a final price all-inclusive of taxes.
Delisting
An offer may be delisted at any time if the hotel becomes unavailable, if a partnership ends, if the property is reported for fraud or misleading content, or if it no longer meets our quality standards.
