Liability

Resapass acts as a booking intermediary between users and hotels. Hotel services are provided by the establishments themselves, which are solely responsible for the accommodation supplied.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
