Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern hotel bookings made through Resapass.co, operated by RESAPASS TRAVEL (registration number 50188). By confirming a booking you accept these Terms.

Bookings and prices

Prices displayed include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Local taxes (tourist tax) may be collected on-site by the hotel. Bookings are confirmed once payment is authorised and a confirmation email is sent.

Payment

Payments are processed via our secure payment provider. Depending on the rate selected, your card may be debited immediately or at check-in.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation conditions are specified for each rate at the time of booking. Refundable rates may be cancelled free of charge up to the deadline shown. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or period.

Complaints

Any complaint must be sent to help@resapass.co within a reasonable time of the stay. We act as a mediator with the hotel.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers may use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
